I felt like they gave me priority in terms of attention to my needs and wishes and to preparing my house to go on the market. Violet and Stephane staged our home for a photographer to take the wonderful pictures that went on their site and several sites on social media to stimulate interest in the house. They were present for every appointed showing and organized a weekend of an open house, working with our community's HOA to make sure the open house went smoothly and that the neighborhood would not be impacted by traffic.Violet ran interference with the inspection and liaised with the roofing company we had under warranty to make some minor repairs requested by the buyer.
